UPDATE:

LEGO Horizon Adventures was officially announced at Summer Game Fest 2024, confirming the leak. Around this year's Christmas, the game will hit PC, PS5, and Switch. Below you can watch the gameplay trailer presented today.

Original news (June 6rd)

June is an exceptionally hot month in our industry, as it is full of game presentations and an influx of news related to them. It's no different this year. The well-known and reliable informant, billbil-kun, reported that during the event starting tomorrow (i.e. June 7), the game LEGO Horizon Adventures will be presented at Summer Game Fest 2024. Recent rumors circulating about this project therefore seem close to confirmation.

  1. During the show, Sony should present the first trailer and release date. Interestingly, according to the insider, the game will debut simultaneously on PS5 and PC.
  2. LEGO Horizon Adventures is intended to be an action-adventure game designed to be played alone or in cooperation. The multiplayer mode is set to support cross-platform functionality.
  3. Two versions of LEGO Horizon Adventures are expected to appear on the market - standard and Deluxe. We should also know their prices soon, as pre-orders for the game are set to start after the show ends.
  4. billbil-kun also claims that the PC release of LEGO Horizon Adventures will probably require a PlayStation Network account which shouldn't come as no surprise given Sony's recent trend of implementing this requirement for all games it has released or announced for PC (Ghost of Tsushima, GoW: Ragnarok, Concord).

Information about the plot isn't yet known. Let's remind that according to the previously mentioned rumors, the game is supposed to offer "realistic graphics."
